Volunteer

Keeping cages clean, hamsters fed and watered, and providing interaction and enrichment is a challenging job! We are working on building our volunteer force now! Could that be you?

Are you a crafter? Me too! Our biggest fundraiser is our annual Holiday Boutique, part of the annual California Hamster Association Hamster Fair! We prepare year-round and always need creative people to help us raise money with their crafting skills. 

A huge part of our work is bailing hamsters out of the shelter before their are euthanized for space. But sometimes we can't get there immediately. You can help by getting them out of the shelter and transporting them to us or holding them for a few hours until we can get there.

It's so helpful to have knowledgable folks helps us with adoptions and education events. It would be great to have you join us! Contact us for info on our upcoming events and needs.
